Thank you for choosing to book with us. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read the following terms and conditions.

Prices & deposits

The prices listed are for accommodation only. Our preferred methods of payment are cash, electronic transfer, cheque or bank draft (further details available via email).

A security deposit of €100 is required in addition to the rental in order to secure bookings.  This is refunded within four weeks of your return and upon approval from our management company.

Please note that any rentals of less than 1 week require an additional charge of €75.

Cancellation

Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to 7 days before the commencement of your booking you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for the total amount. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.

Non-availability

We will only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you an alternative booking, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival & departure

  • Check-in is at 4.00 PM on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. If you plan to arrive after 8.00 PM please let us know.
  • Check-out is at 10.00 AM Monday-Friday, 11.00 AM on weekends unless otherwise arranged. If you need more time, please ask

Damages and Breakages

You are responsible for any breakages and/or damages which you cause to the accommodation and/or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the breakage or damage is significant, and we may make an additional charge if you did not report this.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a significant negligent act by ourselves.

Smoking

La Torre Resort is non-smoking accommodation; if you wish to smoke, please do so outside and away from windows.

Pets

Pets are not permitted on the premises.
